Delivery-Terms-Information
*Delivery Time & Guarantee:
Your ordered product will be delivered to you within 8-10
working days. You will be notified by an email from our company once your
product has been shipped. If due to some reason the delivery of your order has
been delayed, you are supposed to kindly contact us and inform us about it. You
can contact us by sending us an email about the delayed delivery by using
‘’Delayed Delivery’’ as the subject of that particular email. We will look into
the matter, resolve the issue, and get back to you to inform you about the
status of the shipment.
*Shipment Procedure:
All orders from our side are delivered to you by using
Express shipment DHL and FedEx courier services. Express shipment makes it
convenient for you to track down the exact status or position of your package
by using a particular tracking number that is provided to you by the express
shipment company. In case, you’re not available to collect your package at your
door, you can leave a note directing to another person (most probably your
neighbor) who can collect your package and sign it on your behalf.
*Notices:
Once you have placed your order, you will receive the
receipt of your order (a copy of your detailed invoice). But in case, you do
not receive these notifications, it must be understood that your order has not
reached our system due to some fault or error. You need to place the order
again following the instructions very carefully.
*In case of Late Delivery:
If unfortunately, due to any reason, your order does not
arrive at your doorstep after 10 working days, or it is unable to locate your
shipment. Then, the same amount of money that you used to buy that package will
be charged back to your credit card, or a replacement shipment will be sent to
you.
*When to expect the Delivery of your Package:
We will notify you with an email once your order has been
shipped, you will also be provided with the tracking details. This helps you
keep yourself updated about the progress of the shipment.
Our notice notifies you of the exact date your order is
shipped, and also the expected delivery date of your package (maximum 8-10
working days).
*Defected/Damaged Product:
We will be very sorry for the inconvenience that has been
cause if you have received a damaged product by mistake. Kindly, contact us
within 30 days to get it returned or exchanged.
